Appointments and cancellations

• 24 hour cancellation policy. An automatic fee is applied for late cancels and no-shows.
• If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment, you will not be seen and you will be charged for the appointment.

Privacy

Ease Healing Studio respects your privacy. Personal health information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable law and is used only for providing care, scheduling, and communication directly related to your treatment.

Our online booking is provided by Unified Practice. Gift card sales are processed by Square. Please review their respective privacy policies for information about how those services handle your data.
